Ingredients
1 small banana
1/4 cup barley nuggets
1/2 cup Lowfat Cottage Cheese
1/2 tsp. honey
1/3 cup pineapple chunks
3 maraschino cherries
Preparation
PEEL banana; split lengthwise. Place in sundae dish or cereal bowl.
RESERVE some of the cereal for garnish; sprinkle remaining cereal over banana.
TOP with cottage cheese; drizzle with honey. Top with reserved cereal, the pineapple and cherries
